SHIPPING METHODS
Depending on the destination and on the situation, we use the following services FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post. Please note that shipping times does not include processing time which may be up to 1 or 2 weeks.

Shipping times vary according to the destination but the following can be used as a rough guide. If we are experiencing delays processing your order we will let you know immediately by email.

For a limited time, we are offering FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to North America for all orders above $200 Canadian (approx. $175 U.S.)

Shipping insurance can be purchased at a cost of $3.00 Canadian (approximately $2.45 US). You may do so once you enter checkout.

Please note: there is no guaranteed delivery

Please note that Express shipping may arrive sooner or later than indicated and overnight shipping may also be available on certain items. Please contact us if you would like to make sure to receive your order by a certain time. Days are in terms of business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Webjeweller.com is proud to ship to all corners of the globe. International orders and inquiries are always welcome, however, after placing the order through our site, International customers will have to perform an extra step if paying by Visa or MasterCard.

After placing your order, customers from outside the U.S. or Canada will have to fax us a copy of the front and back of your credit card along with a signature stating that you authorize us to charge your card for the amount of the order. In addition, customers will have to fax us a piece of identification. If you are a legitimate international customer and have a problem faxing us the required information, please send us an email and we may be able to work out a solution.

Alternatively, international customers may skip the need to fax us the information if they pay by bank wire transfer or if they send us an international money order. Also, international customers may choose to fulfill their order through an escrow service such as Escrow.com. In these cases, a member from our customer service staff will be in contact with you to finalize the transaction.

For International orders, the customer is solely responsible for import/duty fees, if any.
